Yes, the whole surface is printable.

Can I collect the condoms from you or from a pick-up point?

Home delivery is the most popular choice among our customers. However, you can find our products in many gift shops.

How will I know the expiry date of the condoms?

The expiry date is shown on the back of every condom.

What are the packaging dimensions?

No, our condoms are a standard size according to European norms. For more details, please see our quality charter.

Can I change my delivery address?

When you place your order, you can specify a delivery address that is different from the billing address. If you want your order sent to a different address from your own on a single occasion or as a temporary arrangement, you can send us an email to let us know, making sure you include your name and the order number.

What if I have a latex allergy?

We’re sorry, at the moment we only supply 100% latex condoms.

What is the minimum quantity for customised condoms?

The minimum quantity is 6 condoms.

Do you have shops in the UK?

Can I change the quantity of an order once I’ve placed and paid for it?

We can change your order, subject to certain conditions. Please contact us.

Why has my visual not been passed for printing?

This could be because the subject would cause a printing problem (an out of focus photo, for example), because you are trying to use a copyrighted image, or because we have noticed a typo.

I’m not happy with my order; can I get a refund?

Can I get the condom printed on both sides?

No, printing can only be done on one side. The other side needs to be kept free for legal information and usage instructions.

What testing do your condoms undergo?

Our condoms are in compliance with the standards of POILAIS, one of France’s biggest condom manufacturers, and meet all current European standards. For more information, please see our quality charter.

I want to sell your condoms; do I need to provide usage instructions with them?

Yes.

Can I change the visual I chose when I placed my order?

Can I print in white?

Just like an office printer, we can’t print white.

The condoms are not affected or weakened in any way by the printing process.
